A morning in the kitchen with the pasta section, followed by lunch at the chef’s table.
Ten guests join Kenji Arai and the pasta section at dawn hours (or close to it). You will make sfoglia by hand, then tortelli, tajarin and pici.
The morning ends at the chef’s table, where we cook what you made and pour a glass of Lambrusco.
