Eighteen guests, one long table in the cellar, and ten vintages of Barolo from a single cru, poured from 1996 to 2016.
Tomaso Ricci leads the tasting. The kitchen sends small plates to accompany the wines: cured meats, aged cheese, and the brigade’s focaccia.
