What we collect
When you reserve a table, buy a gift card or a ticket, or write to us, we collect your name, email address, telephone number and the details of your booking.
If you tell us about allergies, dietary requirements or an occasion, we record that information so the kitchen and dining room can prepare. Allergy information is health data; we process it only with your explicit consent and only for your visit.

Why we use it
To manage your reservation, purchase or enquiry, including confirmations, reminders and the call we make the day before.
To send The Letter, our seasonal newsletter, only if you have subscribed. Every letter includes a link to unsubscribe.
To meet our legal obligations, such as accounting and tax records.
§ 04
Legal basis
Reservations and purchases: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Allergy and dietary information: explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a)). Newsletter: consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). Accounting: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
§ 06
How long we keep it
Reservation details are kept for twenty-four months after your visit, so that we can remember your preferences if you return. Allergy notes are deleted thirty days after your visit unless you ask us to keep them.
Invoices and accounting records are kept for ten years, as Italian law requires.
§ 07
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct, delete or export the personal data we hold about you, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time.
Write to privacy@velluto.it and we will reply within thirty days. You also have the right to complain to the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

Changes to this notice
If we change how we use your data, we will update this page and the date at the top. If the change is significant, we will tell you by email before it takes effect.
