Membership is for guests who come back. It does not buy a better meal; everyone receives the same. It buys a little more certainty, a little more access, and the pleasure of being expected.
No. 01 — Three tiers
Tier I
Amico
For the regular guest.
€450 per year
- Reservations open 90 days ahead, rather than 60
- A glass of Franciacorta on every visit
- Invitations to seasonal Experiences before public release
Tier II
Famiglia
For those who treat Velluto as home.
€1,200 per year
- Everything in Amico
- Two guaranteed tables each month, including Saturdays
- An annual dinner at the chef’s table for four
- Ten per cent on private dining
Tier III
Mecenate
For patrons of the house.
€3,600 per year · by invitation
- Everything in Famiglia
- A personal allocation from the cellar’s private reserve
- A day at Orto di Velluto with the chef
- Your own table, kept on the night you choose
No. 02 — How it works
Quietly,and by name
- 01Apply by letterTell us a little about yourself and your visits. There is no minimum, though most members have dined with us at least twice.
- 02A reply from GiuliaOur maître d’ replies within a week, by email or, if you prefer, by telephone.
- 03Your card arrivesA letterpress card is posted to your home. Your name is added to the book at the door.
- 04Renewal each autumnMembership runs for twelve months and renews in October, with the new season.

Join the Circle
Giulia Ferro, our maître d’, reads every application and will reply personally within a week. Mecenate is offered by invitation, but you are welcome to introduce yourself.
